Qigong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation. Practicing it makes us feel really balanced and relaxed.

I love Qigong. The more we feel the qi (life force energy) inside and around us, the more vibrant we become. It’s good for your health and peace of mind. The movements of Qigong are so gentle and calm that anyone can begin it safely. And yes,\u00a0 I can teach you step by step.<\/span><\/p>\n
